Don Nugent was born in Monroe, Louisiana. He and his wife of 46 years, Karen have three children, Brandi, Ryan and Lynnsey. Don and Karen also have ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Don has spent his life serving his community. He worked as a firefighter for twenty-eight (28) years with the last thirteen (13) serving as the Fire Chief. During his tenure in the fire service, Don was instrumental in saving the citizens of his parish millions of dollars by lower the fire rating. He also served on numerous boards and committees locally, statewide as well as nationally. Upon his retirement from the fire service, Don served as a product consultant for an international public safety software company. As a product safety consultant, he was still using his desire to help others by assisting communities to better serve their citizens.During Don’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, photography and learning new technology.Don is continuing his passion of helping others by joining the Keller Williams Realty family.
